1:35 Early start
I wake up at 5:30, and it is not as early as you think,
Being a successful real estate agent require you to be sharp in each hour of the eight hours you will work,
Therefore, have two hours of preparation before you start your day,
And I recommend to add these three activities to your schedule:
Read 45 minute to an hour, exercise for 30 minutes, and take a cold shower.
2:54 Roleplaying
Every real estate agent should add to his schedule a warm-up routine, and role-playing will be a great practice.

3:50 Prospecting from 8:00 to 12:00
schedule cold calling and door-knocking early in your day, and don’t worry about the client’s availability as 30% of clients will be available at that time.
5:35 Follow up
12:00 to 12:30 is ideal for real estate agents to schedule multiple follow-ups throughout the day, and you can use this window for follow-ups.
6:50 Unplug
You can take an hour and a half between 12:30 to 2:00 to have lunch, read, or continue role-playing.
8:05 administrative work
To be a successful real estate agent, you need to keep educating yourself about the contracts and do some administrative work, and you can schedule an hour between 2:00 to 3:00 to do that.
8:45 Prospecting and appointments
From 3:00 to 6:00 you grow your success in real estate with more prospecting or if you can use this window for your scheduled appointments.
