And you need to distance yourself from these ideas if you are willing to continue and have a career as a real estate agent.

When online brokerages release a new product, you need to think about their targeted market, and how you can use the right real estate selling strategy that either targets a different market or creatively reaches the same market.

Think about the effort that a real estate agent will invest in closing a deal, knowing that he will only get paid when the deal is closed,
And compare this to the effort that an employee will exert knowing that he will get paid anyway for it.

Online brokerages use mass customer service agents, and clients will always prefer the personalized customer experience that real estate agents provide.
By the end of the day, it is an open market that encourages competition, and it is up to us as real estate agents to step up our game and compete in the real estate market.
