Respect the social situation that you’re in and communicate with people in that environment accordingly.
That will allow you to connect with people on the same level.

Reach out to others and be social, and you will have more and better opportunities to connect with people.
And with practicing more, your communication skills and your approach will
be better.
4:53 Speak up
Past conditioning might make you think that it is better to speak quietly,
But when you speak low, subconsciously people will have a lower level of respect for you.
It is always better to communicate loudly than communicating quietly.
7:04 Disagree smoothly
People believe that what they say is true.
Therefore, instead of directly disagreeing with people, present your point of view after you acknowledge what they say and show understanding,
Then you can present your different point of view.
That will create an environment where you can convince the other person with your point, instead of pointless arguments.
9:10 Actively acknowledging and listening to people
Many people just want to be acknowledged,
Devoting your attention to the person that you’re talking to will elevate your communication and connection with this person.
